You can return a faulty item in store. The item will have to be checked before a full refund is given.
For this reason we recommend sending the item back by post or delivery courier so the item can be checked and a refund given, without having to waste any of your time.
We also will need your receipt and / or proof of purchase before a refund can be given. Please contact our support team at support@kronosav.com to receive a Returns REF. Code before shipping your item back to us.
