Part of my order is missing

On very rare occasions we may not be able to send or supply all items to you, or they may have to be sent on separate deliveries. If this is the case we will notify you by email, to let you know this is the case. If we cannot supply the item, and money has been taken, we will refunded you the full amount for any item not sent within 24 hours.

Also check your dispatch notice with your delivery as it should give you information about the missing part, it may contain a different delivery date & tracking number.

 

If you havent received any of these please contact our support team on support@kronosav.com, and we will do all we can to sort out the issue for you ASAP!
