Once we receive the item(s) back they will be checked by our technicians. Once they have been inspected we will email you to let you know that we have received the items back, and you should then receive a refund, with 48 hours.
If for some reason you return an item and do not hear from us, please check it was delivered, with your chosen delivery service, and then contact the support team (support@kronosav.com).
