How do I know you have received my order successfully?

Once you place an order, you will receive an email to confirm that your order has been received. The email is usually instant, however please allow a few hours for the email to come through.

Please check your spam/ junk box if you have not shopped online with us before. 

Alternatively you can check all your order by logging into your account and selected My Orders.
