I have lost my receipt, can I still get a refund?

Unfortunately we can not give a refund or exchange without proof of purchase. However if you have registered for an account, you can find your purchased item in your account, and this will be useful when it comes to returning an item.

 

When returnng an item, it may not be possible to offer a refund, if you do not have any proof of purchase. Sometimes refunds can be given, if you can produce other documentation such as a bank statement showing the transaction however these will normally lead to an exchange or gift card rather than a full refund.
