What happens when my goods are returned for inspection?

When your goods are returned, you will receive an email to let you know we have received the items.

 

The items will then be inspected to discover where the fault lyes. On rare occasions the items may have to be returned to the distributor or manufacturer, which will cause furthur delays, however you will be notified about this before any item is sent.

 

If there is a general fault with the item, it will be exchanged for a new model, or a refund can be given, provided the item meets our Terms & Conditions
