Where is my order?

If you do not receive your order in the specified time, do not panic! We are here to help...

 

Before contacting us there is some steps you can take, to check things out, first we recommend you check the tracking via the couriers website with the tracking number provided in the email you received after your order.

Also please log into your account and check all your order and delivery information is correct, and that all your contact details are up to date.

Check with your neighbours, sometimes if you are not home couriers will leave your parcels with a neighbour. Also check in safe locations such as porches or garden sheds. All are orders are sent with a signature required so you may be able to recognise a neighbour who may have signed for your item for you.

 

If you still can't find your please contact support@kronosav.com with your tracking information present, and we will take it from there...
